Executive Chef Scott Pikey’s fresh seasonal menus are inspired and centered on Sonoma’s bounty of artisan cheeses and olive oils; fresh organic fruits and vegetables; locally raised lamb, beef and poultry, plus fresh herbs from the Club’s own courtyard gardens.
